On June 7th 2010, Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D protégé’s Christian Rich released their new Mixtape "The Decadence" with E! TV’s Clinton Sparks, Jay-Z’s and Lebron James’ DJ Mick Boogie, Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream. The tape includes features from Pharrell Williams, Pusha T of the Clipse, DJ Benzi, Bjorn from Peter, Bjorn and John and others.
The album which was partly recorded at the Neptunes studio includes the hits “Famous Girl”, “Stacks”, “My First Model” and the new single “Hello Virgin”. A promo art based video was created and 3 new music videos will be created for the tape as well.
Christian Rich are Chicago born Hip Hop/Electro producer/artist that are currently residing in New York. With their manager Shae of N.E.R.D, they plan on making a stamp with their sound this Spring/Summer. Along with their album Christian Rich have been working with many artist on the production end including, Diddy, Lupe Fiasco, Kardinal Offishall, and others.
Christian Rich has been performing and DJing across the nation as well as in Europe to promote The Decadence. With influences ranging from Daft Punk, Outkast, N.E.R.D and Calvin Harris, The Decadence will be refreshing to the ears!
